Unfortunately, this supplement has caused me to vomit two consecutive times.
The severe nausea began about 15 minutes after taking the supplements, which led to vomiting.
To be clear, I have not abused of the dosage, and took them with food.

  Hello Angelina, it is not common, but some people are very sensitive to vitamin B complexes and can experience nausea. It is not dangerous for you to continue taking it if you chose but if you can’t support the product, best not to continue. I have been using this product for almost a year now and noticed positive changes. I am 31 and had lost a lot of my beautiful thick hair due to dying and bleaching in the past. Longer and stronger hair & nails! It works! About 2 weeks after first use you notice stronger hair & nails. Wait a bit more and you can appreciate noticeable hair growth. Quality ingredients no chemicals. I don’t use it all year long but during 3 months, twice a year.

Yes, it is totally normal. Taking B vitamin supplements can change the color of the urine from pale yellow to bright yellow.

Is it normal for me to experience nausea after taking the product?

Some people may experience gastric discomfort.
In this case, simply take Bambousil with meals.
This will not change the effectiveness of the product.
